1st Shift Machine Operator

Location: Sedalia, MO Pay: $17.75 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:45 AM–3:15 PM (50 hours per week)

Position Overview

Seeking a dependable Machine Operator with previous factory or warehouse experience to operate equipment used in the production of sheet metal components.

Key Responsibilities

• Position partially finished sheet metal pieces on the machine table.
• Operate the machine using a foot pedal to create tack welds.
• Monitor machine operation and ensure proper placement and handling of materials.
• Maintain attention to detail and follow all safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous factory or warehouse experience is required.
• Ability to remain on your feet for the majority of a 10-hour shift.
• Good hand-foot coordination to safely operate the machine.
• Strong attention to detail and focus while operating equipment.
• Must meet background check requirements.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour.
