Machine Operator Helper

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00pm - 6:00am

Pay: $20.00/HR

Duties:

• Assist machine operators within the Converting, Rewinding, and Coating departments to support production goals.
• Wrap finished products and transport materials to designated staging or storage areas.
• Assist with machine setups, including trimmer, carton line, and ream wrapper adjustments.
• Use measuring tools to accurately gather stacks of paper and place materials onto production lines.
• Learn and understand basic machine functions to support efficient production and minimize downtime.
• Assist operators with preventative maintenance and routine equipment upkeep.
• Monitor product flow and communicate production concerns to operators and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Support additional production, packaging, and material handling tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operator, or general labor experience preferred.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; training provided.
• Ability to use measuring tools and follow production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
