Location: Cuba, MO Pay: $19.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Operator II to join our manufacturing team in Cuba, MO. This position will operate and assist with a variety of production equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of equipment lines, including cutting, packing, annealing, and cleaning equipment.

• Rotate between equipment lines based on production needs.

• Perform required quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards.

• Consistently meet or exceed established production standards.

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines.

• Report safety incidents, near misses, and potential hazards promptly.

• Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Monitor equipment and production processes and report issues as needed.

• Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
