Machine Operator

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Machine Operator for a Tyler, Tx, company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Machine Parameters : Regularly check and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Raw Material Management: Ensure that sufficient raw materials are available for uninterrupted production.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Production Tracking: Maintain records of production output, including quantities and any deviations from targets.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues or operational problems promptly.
• Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to stand and turn for long periods of time.
• Ability to sweep and keep immediate work area clean of debris.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 LBS
• Preferred to have two years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
