Looking to start or grow your manufacturing career? A Springfield-area manufacturer is seeking dependable Robotic Welder Operators to operate automated welding equipment, inspect parts for quality, and support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

• Day Shift
• 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Full-Time

Pay

• $16.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Operate robotic welding equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently
• Load and unload parts and materials from containers and production equipment
• Monitor welding operations and production flow
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Move finished parts to designated containers, skids, and storage areas
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
• Assist with general production and material handling duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
• Robotic welding experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety

Physical Requirements

• Regular lifting up to 25 pounds
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and stretching
• Standing for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
