Express Employment of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to support a PVC pipe manufacturing operation in Jurupa Valley, CA. This is a hands-on role working with thermal oven equipment to heat and shape PVC pipe, inspect finished pieces, and prepare products for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with heating and shaping PVC pipe using a thermal oven machine.
• Inspect pipe pieces for proper fit, alignment, and quality standards.
• Bundle, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Follow all work instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in a production environment.

Requirements

• Ability to follow basic work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move 40–50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working in a hot, dirty, and physically demanding environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
