Machine Operator

Our Client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Braid Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift production team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring braiding machines, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet company specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor braiding machinery
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report concerns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
