Machine Operator

Company is seeking Machine Operators to join their team! This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience and experience working with machines, quality control, and mold and color changes. If you're looking for a temp to hire opportunity with a 12 hour PM rotating schedule, we'd love to hear from you

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Start and stop machines, perform parison controls, and monitor material and quality control.

• Prepare machines for mold changes and assist the Machine Operator II, Shift Supervisor, and Mold Change Team with mold and color changes as needed.

• Ensure quantity is in accordance with speed specifications and accurately record goods produced and problems encountered during the shift.

• Achieve and maintain company established goals in efficiency, quality, and safety by following all procedures and working as a team.

• Maintain good housekeeping.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to lift 25-30lbs, stand, bend, twist up to 12 hours.

Job Specifications:

• Temp to hire Opportunity

• 12 hour PM shift

• 6pm-6am

• Rotating Schedule: 2, 2, 3

• Pay starting at $19.50/hour (+$1 shift differential) depending on your experience!
