Position Title: Machine Operator / Shop Assistant – 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM Compensation: $20/hour Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated Machine Operator / Shop Assistant to support our production team during second shift operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate metal fabrication equipment including threading machines, saws, and grinders
• Cut and prepare metal materials according to specifications
• Assist with banding and packaging materials for shipment
• Support general shop operations and maintain a clean, safe work environment
