Machine Operator | Burlington, WI
We're hiring Machine Operators for a growing food packaging manufacturer in Burlington! If you have machine operating experience and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday
Pay: $20-$25/hour, based on experience Location: Burlington, WI Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Perform machine setups and changeovers
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Follow GMP, food safety, and company safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and dependable work history
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus
