Machine Operator – Swing Shift | $18.10/hr

Express Employment Professionals in Wenatchee is currently recruiting for a full-time Machine Operator position with a local manufacturing company specializing in food packaging products.

Position Details:

• Location: Wenatchee, WA

• Pay: $18.10 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm

• Shift: Swing Shift

• Training provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery.

• Bag and package finished products.

• Stack products onto pallets.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow safety procedures and production instructions.

• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to consistently work the assigned swing-shift schedule.

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

• Background check and drug screening required.

• Facility tour required before starting.
