Machine Operator

Schedule

• Training takes place on 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

• Once training is completed, employees will transition to either 2nd or 3rd shift.

• Must be flexible and willing to work either shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and production equipment.

• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.

• Monitor equipment for proper operation and report any issues.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

• Package, stack, and prepare finished products as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.

• Assist with general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and move materials as required.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
