Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine OperatorPay: $19.25 – $20.25 per hour

Schedule:

• Training (Day Shift): Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Regular Shift (After Training): Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Description:We are looking for a dependable Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves working on a linear production machine similar to an old-style print press. The position includes catching and stacking product, performing quality checks, and supporting production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with a linear, print press-style machine
• Catch and stack finished product
• Perform basic quality control inspections
• Monitor machine performance and report issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• 2+ years of machine operator experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic math skills (including fractions and decimals)
• Ability to read and use a ruler accurately
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Reliable and detail-oriented

Additional Information:

• Candidate will start on day shift for training before moving to the evening shift
• Equipment is older and requires attention to detail and hands-on operation
