Company is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join their team on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift! This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, injection molding, and machine operation. Key Duties and Responsibilities May Include:
• Operate and monitor production and injection molding machines to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Remove, count, inspect, and package finished products, including stacking parts into boxes.
• Perform machine changeovers, adjust machine controls, and assist with mold and color changes as needed.
• Conduct quality checks, monitor production, and accurately record completed products and any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while assisting other departments and team members as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Basic math and ruler measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, friendly, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 25–30 lbs. and stand, bend, and twist for up to 12 hours.
