Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines according to specifications and production schedules

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently during production runs

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment

• Inspect finished products for quality and report defects

• Maintain accurate production and maintenance logs

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals

• Load raw materials and unload finished products

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and alert maintenance personnel when necessary

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to operate and maintain various types of machinery

• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout shifts

• Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, or instructions

• Familiarity with safety procedures in an industrial setting

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience (preferred)
