Loan Processor

Are you passionate about customer service and love helping people in their time of need? Not scared of being assertive when needed? This may be the job for you! Join our client’s team as a loan processor. Our client, a short-term lender, is seeking Loan Processors to join their energetic team.

Job Highlights:

• Full-time, 1st shift: 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, some Saturdays required (with a day off during the week!)
• Pay: $20 per hour
• Start AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
• Evaluation-to-hire, meaning they want you LONG TERM!

Job Summary:

As a Loan Processor, you will be the customer’s main point of contact, assisting them through the loan application process both via phone and in person, ensuring all their information is accurate, processing loan applications quickly, explaining contracts, and logging all your notes. You will also be responsible for making calls to current and past customers, following up on missed payments, and giving updates. You will use your quick thinking, customer service, math, and logical skills to give the customers a great experience.

Loan Processor Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required
• Previous cash handling, or collections experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or with a small team in store
