Summary: Organizes, weighs, and packs product according to process routing while complying to Customer and Company safety and quality standards.

Job Requirements: *Forktruck training preferred

1. Understands and complies with all safety requirements as related to designated machine(s) and/or area
2. Communicates quality concerns of either product or related equipment to Supervisor
3. Maintains the cleanliness and order of designated area(s) as to 5S standards
4. Maintains the cleanliness and order of measuring devices used and communicates to Quality any concerns
5. Willing to receive instruction and work independently
6. Operates weigh scales and packing equipment per quality standards
7. Maintains highest excellence in part identification, packing according to process routing, and labeling
8. Performs regular cleaning and maintenance on area and related equipment
9. Upholds highest excellence in moving inventory in warehouse relative to PLEX
10. Identifies partials to pack in complete quantities per customer requirements
11. Works to consolidate like parts within warehouse inventory
12. Alerts Supervisor of low inventory and/or parts in need of replacement
13. Organizes stock inventory according to customer and packing requirements according to training
14. Comfortable with using computers and fully learned PLEX system required for position
15. Performs related duties as assigned to support overall team effort
