Location: Owensville, MO Pay: $15.75/hour Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Assembler to join a manufacturing team. The Assembler is responsible for assembling products and components according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and specifications.

• Read and follow assembly diagrams, drawings, and written instructions.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic manufacturing equipment.

• Measure, align, and secure components accurately.

• Inspect completed work to ensure proper fit, function, and quality.

• Identify and report defective materials or assembly issues.

• Make basic adjustments as needed to ensure products meet specifications.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

• Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Work effectively with team members and communicate issues to supervisors.

Required Skills

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Basic measurement and math skills.

Physical Requirements

Pay: $15.75/hour
