Leasing Agent- $16/hour

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Leasing Agent for a company in the Blount County, TN area.

Leasing Agent Responsibilities:

• Set up appointments/ answer phone calls.
• Enter information into the property management software.
• Keep accurate and detailed records on all accounts and files.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors, current residents, and prospective residents.
• Prepare and execute leases/paperwork for prospects and residents.
• Process applications, action letters, welcome letters, lease paperwork, lease files, renewal letters, renewal leases, move – out inspection forms, and violation notices.
• Handle resident questions, maintenance request, and any other daily request.

Leasing Agent Relations:

• Develop and maintain first class customer service relationships with prospects
• Manage and resolve resident concerns.
• Monitor work orders
• Ensure all move in items are addressed and ready prior to move in.
• Renew all tenants in a timely manner monthly.
• Maintain and ensure that all residents have active renter’s insurance policies.

Leasing Agent Qualifications:

• High School or GED
• Previous leasing experience a plus
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset
• Extended periods of sitting

Leasing Agent Shift:

• Full-time
• Temp-to-hire
• Mon-Fri | 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
