Lawn Maintenance

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Lawn Maintenance Associate position for an Athens, TX area company! We are a full-service staffing firm working with companies in East Texas offering full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. While we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Perform general lawn maintenance, including mowing, weed eating, and trimming.

• Safely operate lawn care equipment and other outdoor maintenance tools.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property and surrounding areas.

• Clean out sheds, storage areas, and other outdoor spaces.

• Remove debris, trash, and unwanted materials from the property.

• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding outdoor tasks.

• Assist with minor property maintenance and repairs as needed.

• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous lawn care, landscaping, or general maintenance experience preferred.

• Ability to safely operate lawn equipment, including mowers and weed eaters.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending, lifting, and physical labor.

• Comfortable working in tight spaces when performing minor repairs or cleanup.

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or with a team.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
