Install Helper

We are currently seeking install helper candidates to join the team of our client, a company in the constructions trades located in Evansville.

These are great evaluation - hire openings for candidates interested in starting their career in the constructions trades with a growing and reputable company that provides remodeling services.

Overview:

• Work with Production Manager and Lead Installer after shift starts to go over assigned task for the day.
• Work with Lead Installer to load all materials needed for the day to complete task.
• Load work vehicles in timely matter
• Be able to conduct good time management skills on job site to be able to complete work on time so there are no delays in schedule.
• Be able to complete task assigned to you from your Lead on job sites.
• When on job site, communicate professionally with customers on their renovations, making sure they feel comfortable in their home and with their project.
• Making sure job site is clean
• End of day work with Lead installer making sure work vehicles are cleaned out and stock with material to complete up coming work.
• Shop cleaning and organization clean and organized

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Previous construction or trades experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication and customer service skills

Schedule: Report to shop by 7:00am Monday thru Friday, end time will vary depending on job site, between 3pm - 5pm. Candidates should be able to work overtime

Pay: $18 - $20/hr. *Pay may increase after completion of probationary period through Express
