Inside Sales / Shipping & Stocking ClerkLocation: Shreveport, LASchedule:
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Seasonal Saturdays (October–February): 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales / Shipping & Stocking Clerk. This is a hands-on, dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities. You will assist customers, process sales, manage shipping and receiving, and help maintain a clean and organized inventory.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales:
• Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle incoming phone calls
• Provide accurate product information and pricing
• Process sales transactions using our POS system
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Shipping & Stocking:
• Package and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Stock and organize shelves and storage areas
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control
