Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM-2:00 AM Overtime Available on Fridays & Occasional Weekends

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Inner Bar Machining Operators for a growing Sparta manufacturer. Interviews are happening now, and these positions won't stay open long.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor machining equipment
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Make basic machine adjustments
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and work ethic
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
