Injection Molding Setup/HelperShift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMPay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hourLocation: Balch Springs, TX

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Molding Setup/Helper to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the molding machines are properly maintained and prepped for daily production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with draining and replacing materials from hoppers

• Clean material lines inside molding machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality

• Support the setup process to prepare machines for daily production runs

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Sit-down forklift experience (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
