We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Painter to join a manufacturing team that produces forklifts. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to get started in a skilled trade within a clean and structured production environment.

Location: Lenexa KSEmployment Type: Full-timeWork Environment: Manufacturing / WarehousePay: $22.00 per hourWork Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm

Position Summary:

The Painter will assist in preparing and painting forklift components and equipment within a warehouse/manufacturing setting. This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety and quality standards.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking)

• Apply paint and coatings to forklift parts and components

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain painting equipment and work area

• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE

• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Skills Required:

• Attention to detail and quality

• Team-oriented mindset

• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Exposure to paint fumes and manufacturing environment (PPE provided)

• Frequent standing, bending, and reaching

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
