Job Title: HVAC Technician

Pay: $25.00+ per hour Additional Compensation: Commission pay + Overtime (after hire-on) Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | Overtime available | On-call rotation required

• We are a commercial and residential HVAC service provider offering high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services to a diverse range of clients. We are seeking a reliable and skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues related to HVAC units.
• Repair or replace components such as blowers, fans, control units, wiring, and ductwork.
• Install new HVAC equipment and control systems as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and company vehicle.
• Accurately document work performed, and materials used.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC (residential or commercial).
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (MVR may be required).
• Ability to lift 50lbs plus and perform physical labor in various environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, wiring, and tools.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:

• HVAC Experience: 1 year (Required)
• Drivers License: Required
• EPA Certification: Required
• Drug Screening (DS): Not required
• Background Check (BG): Not required
