This position will work closely with company leadership to support employees and drive HR strategies that contribute to organizational success. Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding - Process payroll and administer benefits through ADP - Ensure compliance with Illinois labor laws and company policies - Support employee relations and performance management - Develop and lead leadership and employee training programs - Maintain employee records and HR documentation - Partner with management on HR initiatives and workforce planning
