Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to join a busy hospitality team in Gatlinburg. If you take pride in cleanliness, attention to detail, and ensuring high-quality standards, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Verify rooms are properly cleaned, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and damaged items.
• Monitor housekeeping performance and communicate any deficiencies to management.
• Ensure company and hospitality standards are consistently maintained.
• Complete inspection reports and documentation as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25–50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to visually inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness and safety.

Requirements:

• Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
