📍 Location: Clifton, TX (or surrounding area)💲 Pay: $20–$26/hour (based on experience)🕒 Schedule: Full-time | Rotating shifts & overtime as needed🏭 Industry: Mining / Industrial Materials

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to support quarry and plant operations. This role is responsible for safely operating mobile equipment, assisting with crushing operations, and supporting plant utility functions to ensure efficient production.

Safety, reliability, and teamwork are essential in this industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation

•

Safely operate mobile equipment including:

• Wheel loaders

• Haul trucks

• Water trucks

• Skid steers

• Backhoes

• Drill equipment

• Assist with primary crusher and rock breaker operations

Inspections & Equipment Care

• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and submit reports

• Report safety or maintenance concerns immediately

• Fuel equipment as needed and log fuel usage accurately

Plant & Production Support

• Assist with shipping and loading operations

• Perform plant clean-up including sweeping, shoveling, and general labor

• Notify production and maintenance teams of equipment issues

• Support plant utility responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Experience operating heavy mobile equipment required✔ Ability to safely operate equipment in an industrial or quarry environment✔ Strong understanding of safety procedures and hazard awareness✔ Ability to perform routine inspections and report issues✔ Willingness to perform general labor and plant cleanup duties✔ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical & Work Environment

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions

• Exposure to dust, noise, and industrial environments

• Ability to lift, shovel, and perform manual labor tasks

• Frequent climbing on/off equipment

Preferred Experience

⭐ Quarry, mining, or aggregate plant experience⭐ Crusher or rock breaker operation experience⭐ Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills
