Hands Work Assembler

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable General Assembler to support production and finishing operations in a printing and manufacturing environment. This position involves assembling printed materials, packaging finished products, performing quality checks, and assisting with general production duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble printed products and components according to work instructions.
• Sort, collate, fold, stack, bundle, and package printed materials.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Prepare completed products for packaging or shipping.
• Load and unload materials from workstations and production equipment.
• Apply labels, inserts, packaging materials, or other components as needed.
• Maintain accurate product counts.
• Assist machine operators and production personnel as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.

Requirements

• Previous assembly, printing, manufacturing, packaging, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Basic counting and math skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move boxes, printed materials, and production supplies as needed.
