We are seeking a skilled Hand Solder / Touch-Up Operator to join our client’s team in Southlake, TX. This role is ideal for someone with steady hands, attention to detail, and experience in electronics assembly or similar work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision hand soldering and touch-up work on electronic components

• Inspect and repair solder joints to meet quality standards

• Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, or schematics

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hand soldering and/or electronics assembly required

• Ability to work with small parts and use fine motor skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

• Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods

• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production deadlines
