Grounds Associate– $18.00 per hour
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Grounds Associate position for a local company in Loudon, TN.
Grounds Associate Responsibilities:
- Skilled in using grabbers, litter pickers, brooms, and basic outdoor tools
- Able to safely collect, sort, and dispose of trash and recyclables
- Familiar with identifying hazards such as sharp objects, spills, or unsafe debris
Grounds Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
- Physical capability to walk long distances, bend, lift moderate weight, and perform repetitive motions
- Comfort using simple tools such as grabbers, brooms, bags, and litter pickers
Grounds Associate Shift:
- 1st shift
