General Labor - Flint

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a General Labor – Dirt Work position for an East Texas company!

We are a full-service staffing firm partnering with companies throughout East Texas, offering full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is never a fee to use our services!

In this role, you will:

• Perform dirt work, shoveling, and general labor duties on job sites.

• Assist with underground utility installation and related projects.

• Work alongside crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently.

• Follow job site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.

• Complete required testing to qualify for future gas-related work after hire.

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous shovel work, dirt work, or underground utility experience is a major plus.

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor labor.

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work long hours and as part of a team.

Details:

• Schedule: 7:00 AM until the job is finished.

• Hours: 45+ hours per week, with some weeks reaching up to 60 hours.

• Location: Flint Tx
