- Safely dump and load grain into and from railcars and trucks.
- Operate and monitor a grain dryer to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with various grain handling activities, including sorting, moving, and storing grain.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and facilities, as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Work collaboratively with team members and demonstrate flexibility in different work settings.
