Position: General labor

Hours: M-Sat 7am until job is complete

Location: Texarkana TX

Pay: $14

Duties include:

• Perform general cleanup of residential and commercial properties.
• Remove trash, debris, and unwanted materials from properties.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors and surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed.
• Assist with clearing out vacant units and preparing them for occupancy.
• Load, unload, and move materials, furniture, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Previous cleaning or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Great customer service.
