Full-Time Bank Teller

Pay: $18.20/hour

Job Duties

• Cash checks and process deposits
• Handle a variety of banking transactions, including loan payments, credit card advances, and traveler's checks
• Refer customers to additional bank products and services when appropriate
• Provide outstanding customer service and build positive customer relationships
• Greet customers with a smile and assist them professionally and efficiently
• Take extra measures to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in community service-related events
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of banking experience

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing
• Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching overhead
