Floor Tracking Operator

Production Floor Tracking Technician-Longview, TX

Job Summary Prepare and process floor tracking products and extrusions according to company specifications, quality standards, and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply clear coats and inks to extruded floor tracking products.
• Laminate adhesives to floor tracking and other extrusions.
• Measure and cut materials to required lengths.
• Assist with packaging and preparing customer shipments.
• Remove production waste and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow work orders, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Lead or Production Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read work orders, use measuring tools, and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to wear a respirator and work safely around dust, fumes, and chemicals.
• Good vision, including close, distance, and color vision.

Work Environment Manufacturing/shop environment with varying noise levels and occasional exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and odors.
