FACILITY MAINTENANCE – HOTEL
Location: Morgantown, WV Pay: $15.00/hr
Schedule: Monday & Tuesday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM Wednesday: OFF Thursday: OFF Friday & Saturday: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM Sunday: OFF
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance Associate for a local hotel in Morgantown!
Job Duties:
- Walk the parking lot and building perimeter hourly
- Pick up trash during rounds
- Empty trash throughout a 4-floor parking garage
- Change light bulbs
- Complete minor repairs and general maintenance
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property
Requirements:
- Dependable and comfortable working independently
- Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
