Extrusion Machine Operator 3rd shift

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our plastic extrusion manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion equipment to ensure quality production while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor plastic extrusion machines
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Measure and record production data
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to maintenance
• Load raw materials into machines as needed
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Plastic extrusion experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to read measuring tools and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
