Extrusion Machine Operator 📍 Aurora, IL 🕒 Rotating 12-Hour Shifts

• 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM OR 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM 💲 Pay: $20.62/hour Base Pay + $1.00 Shift Differential = $21.62/hour ✅ Great opportunity for experienced manufacturing professionals!

We're looking for dependable Extrusion Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Aurora. Candidates should have prior manufacturing and machine operator experience and be comfortable working a rotating 12-hour schedule.

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor extrusion machinery
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report concerns
• Follow safety and production guidelines
• Maintain accurate production records
• Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
• Strong attention to detail and safety

Experience Required:

• High School Diploma, Technical Trade School, or GED required
• Regularly operate a sit-down forklift or Pallet Jack
• Previous shipping and receiving experience - recent experience in domestic and international shipping
• Experience processing through UPS/FedEx Software (REQUIRED)
• ability to stand for 8 hours/day
