Entry-Level Assembly / Fabrication Associate

Pay: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Location: Mesa, AZ

We are hiring an Entry-Level Assembly / Fabrication Associate for a local manufacturing company in Mesa. This is a hands-on position working with sheet metal, basic assembly, wiring, and plumbing components.

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but this is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand tools, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level sheet metal fabrication and assembly

• Use basic hand tools and pop rivet tools

• Assist with electrical wiring and plumbing fixture installation

• Read and follow basic print drawings and work instructions

• Measure materials accurately using a ruler or tape measure

• Assemble components according to specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety procedures and quality standards

• Assist with other production and assembly duties as needed

Qualifications

• Comfortable using basic hand tools

• Able to accurately read a ruler and measurements

• Ability to read and follow print drawings

• Mechanically inclined and willing to learn

• Previous assembly, fabrication, construction, manufacturing, or maintenance experience is helpful but not required

• Dependable and able to work the full Monday–Friday schedule

• Strong attention to detail

Candidates will be required to complete a basic ruler/measurement test as part of the screening process.
