Job Title: Non-CDL Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate Location: Monroe, NC Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the road, working with their hands, and taking pride in getting the job done safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have superb customer service.

You’ll deliver construction materials within a 3-hour radius of Charlotte, NC using a truck and trailer (similar to an F-350). When not on the road, you’ll assist in the warehouse with material prep, cutting aluminum, and helping keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely load, transport, and unload construction materials to customer job sites

• Operate company vehicles with a trailer attached (non-CDL)

• Use a skid steer for loading/unloading materials

• Take clear photos of completed deliveries

• Assist in the warehouse when not driving – cutting aluminum, measuring, and using power tools/saws

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety rules and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• Experience towing and backing up trailers

• Comfortable operating a skid steer (training can be provided)

• Able to measure accurately and safely use power tools/saws

• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
