Location: Portland, OR Pay: $18.00–$20.00/HR Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Position Overview

Our local tire manufacturing facility is looking for a dependable and motivated Dock & Delivery Worker to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and takes pride in keeping warehouse and delivery operations organized and efficient.

The ideal candidate is safety-minded, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate what drivers need to ensure loads are prepared correctly and deliveries run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload tires from delivery trucks

• Assist with local deliveries as needed

• Organize and prepare loads for efficient delivery routes

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock and tire yard

• Operate forklifts and overhead bridge cranes; training available

• Assist other departments and team members as needed

• Follow established safety and handling procedures

Requirements

• Forklift experience required

• Shipping and receiving experience preferred

• Valid driver's license

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently

• Reliable team player with a willingness to assist wherever needed
