What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers to assigned routes
- Monitor deliveries and transportation schedules
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Track shipments and resolve issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Ensure timely and efficient service execution
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
- Dispatching, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
