Job Title: Driver’s Assistant – Loader/Delivery HelperLocation: Lakeville, MNSchedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

Job Summary:We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Driver’s Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced construction supply environment. This is a loader/delivery support role, riding alongside our driver to deliver building materials to residential and commercial job sites. If you’re a team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to do what it takes to “get the job done,” we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver with loading, securing, and unloading materials at various worksite locations

•

Handle a wide range of building materials including:

• Cabinets & Countertops

• Doors, Drywall & Insulation

• Lumber, Roofing, Siding

• Decking, Plywood, Moulding, and more

• Ensure all materials are handled safely and delivered in excellent condition

• Provide on-site delivery support to ensure smooth customer experience

• Communicate effectively with the driver and job site personnel

• Maintain a clean and organized truck/load area

• Perform all duties safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs alone and up to 150 lbs with a partner

• Comfortable with physical labor including walking, standing, bending, sitting, and pushing/pulling

• Strong teamwork mindset and positive attitude

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Experience with construction or building materials is a plus, but not required

• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
