Pay: $15–$16/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Location: Onsite – Mt. Orab, OH Potential for Hire: Opportunity for permanent hire for the right candidate

About the Position

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join a local team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable using computers, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls
• Provide excellent customer service
• Take customer payments over the phone
• Process and print customer pick-ups
• Assist customers with questions and general account needs
• Use computer systems to accurately enter and retrieve information

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Banking or financial industry experience is a plus!
• Comfortable working with computers
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Experience with Ignite Software is a plus, but not required

Background check and drug screen required.

Schedule

The standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Flexible scheduling may be available for qualified candidates who need an adjusted schedule due to childcare or other scheduling needs.
