Customer Service Representative

Pay: $18–$22 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls, process orders, and provide sales quotes.

• Work closely with outside sales representatives to coordinate customer orders and prepare quotes.

• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom by answering questions, providing product information, and processing orders.

• Identify opportunities to generate additional sales through phone and in-person customer interactions.

• Research and recommend product solutions to help customers resolve field-project challenges.

• Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledgeable, responsive, and professional service.
