Crew Member Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude
• Prepare and serve beverages according to HTeaO standards
• Take customer orders and operate the point-of-sale system
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, dining area, and workstations
• Stock supplies and assist with inventory as needed

Crew Member Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual

Crew Member Shift:

• 1st shift and 2nd shift
