Construction Laborer

OVERVIEW

Seeking a Construction Debris Removal & Cleanup Associate to maintain clean, safe, and organized construction sites. This role involves removing debris, disposing of waste materials, supporting site preparation, and ensuring work areas remain hazard-free throughout all phases of construction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Remove construction debris, trash, and excess materials from job sites.
• Load, transport, and dispose of wood, drywall, concrete, metal, and other waste materials.
• Sweep, clean, and maintain work areas to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with site preparation and final project cleanup.
• Organize and move tools, materials, and equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support construction crews with general labor tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous construction, general labor, or cleanup experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and workplace cleanliness.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
