Construction- Experienced in Framing

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Framer to join our team for a long-term construction project. The ideal candidate will have extensive framing experience, be able to work independently, and take pride in producing quality work while maintaining a safe job site.

Pay: DOE (Based on Experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some weekend work as needed Duration: Project expected to last a minimum of 3 months

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or commercial framing work
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials
• Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Extensive framing experience required
• Must have your own framing tools
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
• Experience reading blueprints preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
